Speaking at the Miami Open, Djokovic highlighted the need for fundamental changes within the governing bodies of tennis, urging collaborative efforts to address these crucial issues.

"I've seen some changes," Djokovic stated, "but there are some fundamental changes that are still yet to be made and I really hope that all the governing bodies, including PTPA, will come together and solve these issues."

The PTPA, representing the collective interests of professional tennis players, has initiated legal proceedings against not only the ATP Tour, but also the WTA Tour, the International Tennis Federation, and the International Tennis Integrity Agency, spanning jurisdictions in the US, UK, and European Union.
